Due to a real fear of legal and judicial retaliation prompted by an ​Augusta attorney guardian ad litem, we have been advised by our ​Savannah attorney to take the site down to allow Olivia the freedom ​to visit her non-offending, joint custody mother, sisters, brother, ​stepdad and Charleston family at least once a month.

We continue to work towards primary custody and equal time for ​Olivia with her family as recommended by the American Bar ​Association and Family Department recommendations that siblings ​remain together. We went to court May 20, 2024 for the final custody ​hearing and are still waiting on the McDuffie County judge.
